Rebecca Fifield is Head of Collection Management, Special Collections, at The New York Public Library, as well as an independent scholar focusing on the dress of working women. Becky is a 2013 recipient of a Winterthur Research Fellowship, Chair of the American Institute for Conservation’s Collection Care Network, and a member of the Advisory Council of the Association of Registrars and Collections Specialists. She has presented at the American Alliance of Museums, American Institute for Conservation, American Antiquarian Society, American Association for State and Local History, the Association for Preservation Technologies International, Association of Registrars and Collection Specialists, and the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.
